Location

My Garden Room, on the edge of the Wye Valley

I’m based in the beautiful Forest of Dean on the edge of the Wye Valley and the River Wye. I work from my Garden Room at home, offering both Couples Psychotherapy support and Transformational Life Coaching in person or online.

Inclusivity

Inclusive working with all gender identities, sexualities, ethnicities and neurodiversity.

I recognise the simplicity and reductionist use of the terminology ‘Men’ and ‘Women’ and want to be clear that I welcome all clients whether you identify as male, female, non-binary or use any other gender or non-gendered descriptor.

My reference to ‘Couples’ includes, and I welcome, any couple relationship including heterosexual and LGBQT+.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds, ethnicities, races, cultures and neurotypes.

Coaching and Psychotherapy are grounded in the belief that humanity, human behaviour and emotions are complex, diverse and deeply individual. I recognise my privilege, unconscious bias and complexities, and am committed to my own ongoing learnings and reflections around this. I strive to deepen and broaden my awareness and understanding of the many lived experiences that form the rich diversity of humanity to which we all belong.

Wherever you’re at, you don’t need to navigate this alone.
