About me

My Approach to Couples Therapy and Life Coaching

Fiona Roskilly-Pond

Transformational Life Coach and Couples Psychotherapist.

I’m a married mum of two young boys who inspire and challenge me every day! We live in the Forest of Dean, a beautiful part of the UK offering us lots of wonderful forests to explore whilst walking our dog. We have an elderly cat, some goats and some chickens too! Having grown up near the sea my soul needs frequent reconnecting to the Ocean — these days I often venture to Devon to get my hit of the sea air.

I have always loved animals and had a curiosity about people and how we interact and behave towards each other and ourselves. For a long time, I felt like I was missing something; something didn’t quite make sense about the way I understood the world and the people in it.

Online & in the Forest of Dean

Accredited Psychotherapist

Training as a Psychotherapist and being in therapy myself broadened my awareness and understanding of what it is to be human. I experienced the power of Counselling. I deeply love supporting people to look back and see the truth of the narratives guiding them, and the power of awareness and intentionality that results in change. The magic of working with a couple in the room, seeing the dynamic between them and enabling two people to reconnect and find a way forward together is truly a privilege.

Certified Life Coach

Later I trained to become a Certified Life Coach and went on my own coaching journey too. I experienced a different way of self-reflecting and harnessing the power within, using an intentional framework on a particular challenge and the changes we can make by taking aligned steps forward to create a future we design – it’s so inspiring!

Growing up and long into adult life (!) I often felt misunderstood — now my biggest challenge has become my truest gift. I love my work – helping people to understand themselves more deeply and come alive, be inspired and experience gratitude and joy.

My Approach to Couples Therapy and Transformational Life Coaching

Working as a Transformational Life Coach and Couples Psychotherapist I provide a supportive, respectful, non-judgmental atmosphere. I get to know you and understand what you need. There may be various intersections of your life that feel at odds or in competition and are causing conflict. We gain clarity by delving into your experience and understanding of the world and where your challenges arise. Growth comes from a place of compassionate understanding and in taking intentional aligned action.
