How I can support you:
Life Coaching and Couples Counselling/Psychotherapy
Relationships often get stuck because people can’t communicate what’s going on or how they feel; often people aren’t even sure what’s going on themselves let alone how to let their partner know. There may also be various intersections of your life that feel at odds or in competition and are causing conflict.
I’ll support you to develop your communication through non-defended hearing – a way to truly listen and understand your partner so you can move forward.
You and your partner have a challenge to overcome
You need to get on the same page or agree a way forward – but you keep going around in circles or can’t discuss it without getting defensive, which is resulting in ill feelings and nothing changes. Check out my Coaching service.
Your relationship feels like it’s falling apart
You’re relationship can’t continue the way it is, you’re not happy but you can’t get out of this dynamic by yourselves. Maybe you want to find a way back to each other, maybe you need to separate but want to improve your relationship because you have children to co-parent, maybe you’re actually doing ok but you want to be more than ok and need some help to bring back the passion and vitality back so you can grow together. Check out my Psychotherapy service.
Transformational Life Coaching for Couples
Coaching offers a structured approach. We agree your focus, and I keep you on track to that goal so that we don’t go off down rabbit holes!
You’ll come away from each session with written summaries and agreed actions to keep you motivated. We’ll review progress weekly to stay on track, or to notice where and why things have fallen off.
Change can be scary but growth and fulfilment come from being courageous and taking a step into the less familiar.

What my clients say
Couples Counselling/Psychotherapy
Therapy offers a safe and confidential space for couples to share about their relationship challenges.
I invite you to bring experiences from your past so that we can recognise and value how they influence your part in the couple.
Individual past traumas and experiences may come up and we will reflect on how they impact your couple. We will not be deep diving into any individual past traumas, as that is the work for individual 1:1 counselling.
We will safely look at the dynamics of your couple: difficult things can be said and made sense of in the new dynamic that having a therapist brings.
“Working with Fiona was transformational for me. She is everything you want and need a therapist to be: kind, patient, an excellent listener, clear and non-judgemental. Fiona challenges you when it’s needed but in a safe and secure environment that allows you to reflect and develop understanding and build strategies to help you, both in the present and future.”
